FFwD: Roasted Salmon with Lentils

Always nice to follow up a flop recipe with a success ;)  I make salmon probably once a week because it's so quick and easy.  I've never used lentils as a side dish (only in soups) and was pleasantly surprised with the result.  The lentils really gave the salmon a nice warm, earthy flavor.  This one is a keeper!

What a short post, hope everyone else enjoyed this weeks recipe!

Happy Friday!

  5. Yes, I love it when a meal comes together and surprises me with better results than I expected. Salmon and lentils together would have never come to my mind, but I'll do this one again. Love your colorful veges/side...isn't it great to have a new healthy meal that you enjoy?

  6. Yes, this one is a keeper! I topped mine with chives, but I bet the parsley was good with the salmon and lentils also. Good for you for making it even healthier with extra greens (green beans).
